“Warm” Lines
Here are resources for crisis lines that don’t involve 911 or police intervention in reaction to mental health needs. While crisis lines alone are not enough in combatting intense mental health or emotional needs, I believe it is an incredible resource for people who are having an intensely low/vulnerable moment and need someone to talk to. I highly recommend these warm lines as a resource for anyone in need, including clients of mine who may be having an emergency if I am not available.
